Actually, this film, considered a major box-office letdown in its' day, marked the close of the incredibly creative ten-year period when Ernst Lubitsch was the King of the Paramount lot. It also marked the beginning for a team of screenwriters at the same studio named Charles Brackett and Billy Wilder, who would go on to make a little noise! R.J.
Very funny scene. I always thought that Cooper & Colbert had a marvelous chemistry on screen & it's a shame that they didn't make more films together.
I like your video clip and have rated it as awesome. Please check out my new clip of 1930's cigarette cards of Gary Cooper, Fred Astaire, Joan Crawford, Errol Flyn, Vivien Leigh, George Formby and Gracie Fields.

Could you PLEASE upload a couple more scenes?
Just the one where she says "then what would you call it?"
And he looks up into the air, mumbles and looks back to her
"I tell ya' it's a wash-basin"
Then the part where she eats the onions and kisses him, tormenting him with the stentch.
Then the last part where he goes crazy :)
THANK YOU SO MUCH!
