Well this whole second wife status is only cosmetic. It's basically for rakhaels. His marriage to her is null and void because in india, hindus aren't allowed to have more than one wife.

Just because legally, you don't view it as a marriage, it still is a marrriage because they attended, performed and completed the entire ceremony. I believe they actually did a Nikkah. So according to Muslim traditions, they are married.

Dharmendra and Hema love each other. You are no one to question or judge someone else's marriage.

The Nikkah was a sham. They aren't even Muslims. They only did the Nikkah, and falsely had themselves listed as Muslim on paper to circumvent the authorities, so dharam doesn't wind up in jail for bigamy. Besides, hema doesn't even talk to dharamendra anymore.
