  • I've tried this recipe for like 3 or 4 times, but when I baked them, they didn't seem to rise properly. Pls tell me why~~~~~:(

  • @MsPin0cchio Well, let's look at all the possibilites: Are your eggs too big or too small? (I use large eggs.) Is your oven at the right temperature? (Sometimes you need to check by getting an inexpensive oven thermometer and placing it in the oven.) Did you open the oven door to peek? Was it preheated? Also, make sure to cook the dough the correct amount of time i the saucepan. Hope this is of help! -Cindy

  • Wow. Where'd you get that tip? Its looks a bit different.

  • @SilverLuvIncx This tip us from a set of pastry piping tips that I got a while ago. (I can't remember where!) You could probably find one that is very similar at any store that carries cake decorating gear. -Cindy

  • Are Profiteroles and cream puffs the same? Cause I can't tell the differenceo.O

    Btw, great recipe =D

  • @MsPin0cchio Profiteroles are filled with ice cream and cream puffs are filled with cream. They do use the same pate a choux dough for making the puffs, though! -Cindy
