@RonQE - Sorry to disappoint... you're not alone in that opinion; but as I said in previous comments, the original soundtrack was muted by Youtube for some kind of copyright infringement, so I had to replace it using their Audioswap... tough to find decent tracks on there.
@RonQE - Ya, if I could go back to just the original sound of the training / weights I would, but I'd have to delete this and reload the original video without music. This one would just be muted. With almost 70,000 views I don't want to delete it.
She's not doing strong-woman any longer, but she is an elite level competitive powerlifter now! Nice to see women who aren't afraid of serious training, eh?
@topformfitness No, I would not expect you to delete the video and re-load it. I think leaving it as is, is best. I was just offering an opinion what I, as a viewer, would find most appealing, for the next go-around.
You are right, there are few things more attractive than a woman not afraid of serious training, with her mind, or, in this case, her body!
@EmperorHilo - Yes, thanks for your feedback... unfortunately the original soundtrack I had for the video was muted by YouTube due to copyright, and I found this song on their AudioSwap feature. It's tough to find non-copyright music for YT now.
Well judging from what you are lifting, you are almost 3 times as strong as me. So I wont tangle with you LOL! In all seriousness though, you are a real inspiration, so keep up the good work.
Hey Blaker, OK, I'll see how much info I can fit in this comment box! You'll need to reduce overall bodyfat to lose the "handles". Strength training is key (3X weekly full body circuit training). Then you'll need to follow a smart nutrition plan (eat 5 small meals daily, no junk, lots of water, plenty of protein and vegetables). Cardio is secondary... use interval training. Subscribe to my newsetter for more free info. Hope that helps!
A nutritionist can certainly help, but I would argue that resistance / strength training MUST be part of your "fat loss" routine long term! Walking around twice a week will NOT reshape your body, or elevate your metabolism sufficiently. Most current research indicates the benefit of resistance training for "permanent" fat loss. Email me if you would like links to illustrate this.
I can't design a full training program for you on YouTube. Just make sure you include the primal exercises like squat, deadlift, chest press, row, shoulder press, and chinups. Also Google Top Form Fitness and Josh Hewett for some good articles and info.
Tip: do NOT focus on biceps... train the big muscle groups using big exercises like squats, deadlifts, presses and rows. The arms will grow and become defined by training several muscle groups together. If you really want to develop your biceps, start doing underhand pulldowns (or chinups if you can). Keep at it!
We train most Saturdays at 3:00, at my home gym. I'll message you the address, etc. Feel free to drop by for a workout! And I agree, Sarah has alot more in her... she was a bit tentative with the new implements, but I can see her moving some BIG weight!

The music dubbed in greatly detracts from this video!
I'd rather hear her lifting the weight as opposed to a loud dubbed track.

@topformfitness Fair enough. I understand how some of those soundtracks were muted.
My suggestion is to have no music at all, but to hear the lifting of the weight and effort which goes in to it. Not all videos need dubbed music ;-)
I have to appreciate that woman, though! I hope she keeps it up!

I find this really impressive, but the music doesn't fit, its actually taking away from the vid - in my opinion. Good work

pretty easy,
you don't even need to go to the gym,
1: set up a appointment with a Nutritionist to help you set up a weekly menu of healthy food to eat.
2: find a healthy Hobby like Tennis, Hiking, Riding Bikes, or just walking around a Park try to do this 2 times a week, for at least 30 mins.
and avoid at all cost fast food/ at all cost.
most fast food is what is known as Empty Calories. meaning they have no Vitamins.
they just have Fat* and little protein.
I really hope this helps. :)

yeah I agree that you need resistance training, but walking or doing some other low impact activities are good from someone just getting started. :)

True, always good to start slow and progressively. Just getting moving and being active is certainly important!
