  • she can carry my groceries any day

  • You go girl!!!

  • Is there a kitchen in the gym?

  • The music dubbed in greatly detracts from this video!

I'd rather hear her lifting the weight as opposed to a loud dubbed track.

  • @RonQE - Sorry to disappoint... you're not alone in that opinion; but as I said in previous comments, the original soundtrack was muted by Youtube for some kind of copyright infringement, so I had to replace it using their Audioswap... tough to find decent tracks on there.

  • @topformfitness Fair enough. I understand how some of those soundtracks were muted.

My suggestion is to have no music at all, but to hear the lifting of the weight and effort which goes in to it. Not all videos need dubbed music ;-)

I have to appreciate that woman, though! I hope she keeps it up!

  • @RonQE - Ya, if I could go back to just the original sound of the training / weights I would, but I'd have to delete this and reload the original video without music. This one would just be muted. With almost 70,000 views I don't want to delete it.

She's not doing strong-woman any longer, but she is an elite level competitive powerlifter now! Nice to see women who aren't afraid of serious training, eh?

  • @topformfitness No, I would not expect you to delete the video and re-load it. I think leaving it as is, is best. I was just offering an opinion what I, as a viewer, would find most appealing, for the next go-around.

You are right, there are few things more attractive than a woman not afraid of serious training, with her mind, or, in this case, her body!

  • @RonQE - Amen to that!  (o;

  • @RonQE lol stop crying because she put music in the video. you want to hear the wieght lifting....what a faggot

  • I'm really impressed by Sarah & the lack of sexist comments. HOORAY for humanity!

  • @ksam4000

that, and every other comment that mentions her gender, is sexist.

  • @theletter23 - you just said "her" and "gender" in your comment... you're a sexist! Lol

  • I find this really impressive, but the music doesn't fit, its actually taking away from the vid - in my opinion. Good work

  • @EmperorHilo - Yes, thanks for your feedback... unfortunately the original soundtrack I had for the video was muted by YouTube due to copyright, and I found this song on their AudioSwap feature. It's tough to find non-copyright music for YT now.

  • she has a strongh back

  • i love strong women

    i love strong women

  • i deadlift 460 for a freshman and wow shes close to me haha

  • what sport u play? ( and Position), cuz i did 455 last Monday.

  • @SeveredRed - She's a powerlifter

  • great form on deadlift!

  • Hey could anyone take a look at my wifes form on bench press and tell me what you think? watch?v=-ZNZtIwFnVA

  • How much is she push-pressing?

  • About 100 lbs steel log, and 95 lb thick bar (tires on ends).

  • @topformfitness that a big weight for a small woman :0) Impressive!

  • Thanks bro... I'm the one behind the camera, but I'll pass on the compliment to her!

  • Well judging from what you are lifting, you are almost 3 times as strong as me. So I wont tangle with you LOL! In all seriousness though, you are a real inspiration, so keep up the good work.

  • ok i got love handels how do i get rid of them??

  • Hey Blaker, OK, I'll see how much info I can fit in this comment box! You'll need to reduce overall bodyfat to lose the "handles". Strength training is key (3X weekly full body circuit training). Then you'll need to follow a smart nutrition plan (eat 5 small meals daily, no junk, lots of water, plenty of protein and vegetables). Cardio is secondary... use interval training. Subscribe to my newsetter for more free info. Hope that helps!

  • pretty easy,

you don't even need to go to the gym,

1: set up a appointment with a Nutritionist to help you set up a weekly menu of healthy food to eat.

2: find a healthy Hobby like Tennis, Hiking, Riding Bikes, or just walking around a Park try to do this 2 times a week, for at least 30 mins.

and avoid at all cost fast food/ at all cost.

most fast food is what is known as Empty Calories. meaning they have no Vitamins.

they just have Fat* and little protein.

I really hope this helps. :)

  • A nutritionist can certainly help, but I would argue that resistance / strength training MUST be part of your "fat loss" routine long term! Walking around twice a week will NOT reshape your body, or elevate your metabolism sufficiently. Most current research indicates the benefit of resistance training for "permanent" fat loss. Email me if you would like links to illustrate this.

  • yeah I agree that you need resistance training, but walking or doing some other low impact activities are good from someone just getting started. :)

  • True, always good to start slow and progressively. Just getting moving and being active is certainly important!

  • i wish that was my girl

  • very nice

  • she's cute & strong.

  • Nice girl.

  • what are the best workouts for my upper back, chest, legs, and shoulders?

  • I can't design a full training program for you on YouTube. Just make sure you include the primal exercises like squat, deadlift, chest press, row, shoulder press, and chinups. Also Google Top Form Fitness and Josh Hewett for some good articles and info.

  • hey thats good i really want to be like you, i am lifting weights right now

    do you got any tips

    i want be biceps

  • Tip: do NOT focus on biceps... train the big muscle groups using big exercises like squats, deadlifts, presses and rows. The arms will grow and become defined by training several muscle groups together. If you really want to develop your biceps, start doing underhand pulldowns (or chinups if you can). Keep at it!

  • DAMN girl your no joke!

  • Marry me.

  • Nice work. You look cold though. Come on down to Florida and train with us. It's 75 degrees f in January.

  • i actually think that the hamstring body curls are the most impressive. those things are damn tough!

  • Man, I wish I had that apparatus at 0:33 for my hamstrings.

  • Ya, the GluteHam Developer... it's a Godsend. Not cheap, but worth having!

  • recommendations?

  • how much was she lifting over her head?

  • Those implements for overhead press were only about 100 lbs.

  • I'll bet she would have great success either in the olympic games or the strongest woman compitions, keep on workin girl.

  • Good Work!

Now all we need is more competitions that include women.

  • True

  • Awesome and Sweet!

Another great reason to drop in and see you guys!

    GJ.

  • Look forward to meeting you

  • please car lift!!!!!!!!!!

  • Yes yes yes! Make her work. Love it!!! She does not yet know here strength. She has 400 in her for reps. Worlds coming up baby!!!

Ok, I am stoked: when can I get in on this?

  • We train most Saturdays at 3:00, at my home gym. I'll message you the address, etc. Feel free to drop by for a workout! And I agree, Sarah has alot more in her... she was a bit tentative with the new implements, but I can see her moving some BIG weight!
