as a music producer whos knows a lot about tones and sounds and oscillators i can tell you that this is not at all like the sound that billy meier recorded. his sound changed tone randomly multiple times. i can not even do that as a modern day music producer in 2011. no syth machine has that many osc's that can randomly change like they do on his recording. Close but no cigar, now listen up to what the man has to say he has no motive to lie and create fake ufo sounds.
You're obviously using modern equipment to duplicate the Billy Meier UFO sounds. How about using equipment only available in Switzerland in the 1970s? That would be an even cuter trick, don't you think? That would be a truly fair duplication

At 1:10 you can hear it's real sound but the pilots that drive their ships always shutoff it's sound to keep it silint or they put on another sound to mimic conventional earthly aircraft
you can create that sound too by calling your ground line phone with your cell phone and turning on the intercom on the groung phone. talk on both at the same time and play with the distance. You'll see.
If you didn't see a UFO your selve than it's difficult to believe what people who has seen a UFO are trying to sell. I let people see that with a tape machine I can produce the same sound as he calls a UFO sound.
If you do a Frequency analyce you can see that the frequency respons is somehow the same as billy's sound.
