When do you think they will make further investigations into the Magdalene laundries? When will they begin investigations into other "non-religious" institutions where cruelty, abuse and negligence thrived? It can't come too soon - before all the victims - and perpetrators die. The secrets must not be buried along with them.
It is all too little too bloody late...How many more victims and perpetrators have died during the nine year period? There are two speeds for process in this joke of a country; DEAD SLOW AND STOP. The perpetrators will get justice? I don't think so because we don't have the bollocks to see this through. It will be the same pussy-footing like we had with the tribunals. Just a facade and no-one held accountable. We need to retain ALL evidence not go shredding it. include it in a permanent display.
