they're supposed to be in scale with the IM figures, but Tony seems to be taller than Thor

The repack you are referring to, will be a glow in the dark Thor. For what I understand, there are parts of his outfit that will glow; the same goes for Odin.

BTW, there is something I've always wanted to ask you... how the heck do you open the packages without tearing apart the package?!!!

my figure's joints, seem to be fine. the molding of his armor tends to get in the way of hip articulation, but other than that, it's fine.

well, i think i mentioned it earlier this year, that my wife gave me an iphone4 for Christmas as well.  i think i did a test vid showing the wave 1 RTS legends figures.

i haven't done a side by side comparison of this and sword spike thor. thanks for pointing out the difference in paint apps. makes me feel less shortchanged for getting this figure. oh well, you've got to have a helmeted thor, even though he used it sparingly in the movie.

Hey Franz, does the headsculpt on this figure improve thor's height (minus the ear wings on the sides) so that he fits in with Iron Man better?

i'm not sure. maybe a little. but in the comics, Thor is at least 6 or 8 inches taller than tony. the helmet will probably just give a couple of inches
