when things are recorded up to youtube they are first converted to a Mp3 file Then a Special youtube file. The thing is. When converted to a mp3 A LOT of data is deleted and gone forever. the youtube format deletes even more than the mp3 format so...... when Mp3 dosent support surround.... well how the heck can a youtube format do so? SO you who hear sounds from youtube with 5 speakers ether has some program that copy the sound from front to back.
But my rear speakers both producing sounds. Surround sound isit really possible for youtube, I get mix up sounds from all my speakers. I am using a Panasonic Home theater system via a digital cable, so it should be surround sound capable.
Meh, sub channel didn't work, but everything else did. Other videos actuallygive me bass sound through my sub, but not this one. Look up AC-3 5.1 Surround Test, it's better.
Holy Moley! That works... pretty cool, I bet this video gets silly comments like "Youtube doesn't support surround sound", coming from people with 2 speakers xD
you guys do know that all youtube videos are in stereo do u? rofl

its definitely not true surround sound but its pretty clever the effect it gives with headphones on.

its NOT true surround, its emulated. meaning if your surround works you dont have true surround.

Go to the video response for LFE (bass) and true audio separation.

YouTube can't properly do 4 channel speakers, but a virtual surround with 2. It's practically the same...

This just proves that youtube can do 5.1 Surround, even at 360p.
