Not that i read the VIPPER release page for her, (i couldnt understand it even if i wanted to, its in japanese, which i dont know), but it is quite possible to interpert Hermaphrodite as a Medical Chimera perchance? IE: she has two sets of DNA in her body, usually the result of a zygote that split, but re-fused. Would also explain the dual eye color. So, some of her bodies DNA has a set of male chomosomes, and some female. Not terribly large a stretch.

It's because when you download her voice data, there are options for both male and female. Since there's only one character associated with the voice, she must be both, unlike Rin and Len, who have separate characters for male and female, even though they're the same voice. Make sense?

It's only on the joke info page the people who created her made to mess with people, the same as they did with Teto. It said "sex: female/male." I don't think the site's up anymore since it fooled no one. One person couldn't have both male & female voices, so since she does, she is both. Her voice, I think, was derived from a leak of Luka's voice before we knew if she was female or male. They made Ruko with that sample and made her a hermaphrodite just in case the new voice was meant to be male.
