This game is way better than that piece of overhyped shit called Halo.Plus,this game actually has bots(well Idk about the pc one but the 360 version does)something Halo doesn't have.And this game has better guns/vehicles too.The guns/vehicles on Halo seemed boring and bland while the ones in this game are actually fun.I'm just tired of all the Halo hype especially when there are games tht are just as good,if not better than Halo.So plz stfu about Halo already cuz Unreal kicks it's ass.

@Dinodile to each his own. there are some that still may have a special place in their heart for the storyline of halo, which this series seems to lack (haven't played, only read). i've recently quit playing halo simply due to the overwhelming amount of adolescents who enjoy cursing at me cuz they think it's cool to be brash with strangers they'll never see, and the servers were pretty bad the last time i played (360 btw, dunno how the other servers were).

There are MANY reasons to buy this though, its called MODS. Its got loads and atleast half a dozen are VERY professional and are being released as commercial titles.

Why is someone stupid for asking if a good game is free? There are some/plenty of good FREE (both graphical/storywise) shooters out there. For instance Renegade X (though maybe a bad example as it is not released yet, but the multyplayer beta is awesome!). Many more good games are free (running UDK of Quake engines for instance).

But even the Unreal Engine 3 itself took a lot of people a lot of time and money, and then they had to make the game that runs on it.
