  • @kibellibie Robbing from the robbers and giving to the people who actually earned it in the first place.

  • LOOKS LIKE MY FAMILY CHRISTMAS

  • One of the best films of all time with one of the strangest and most depressing endings of all time.

  • @SithianHawk To this day the last scene baffles me. Its great because its so confusing & SO not a happy ending, but that's what makes it brilliant. Kevin just staning there, "Mum, dad?" And right into the map folding up & George Harrison stealing the show with "Dream Away" during the end credits.

  • @SithianHawk I talked to someone years ago in the movie business who said Disney had an interest in US distribution of this movie. Sat through a showing generally pleased but just about fell out of their chairs with surprise and discust over the final scene and walked out.

  • @1967mustanggta I am not surprised. Disney likes happy endings. It sells more merchandise, you see. Disney gave the Little Mermaid a happy ending, didn't they?

  • Take a group of dwarves, 1 child, send them through time - and have God chase after them.

There you have it : The best movie ever made !!!

  • I love how enthusiastic the guy doing the punching is. He gets WAY in to his job. I think I probably would too if I were him, because that's too funny!

  • The kid is completely in costume, since he was recently kidnapped from the late 20th century (a vision of the 1990s from the early 80s), and taken to the middle ages.

Lots of people commenting have clearly not seen the movie. You really should. It really is one of the best movies ever made.

  • @Matu5e totally. How can he comment on the film if he can't recognise Kevin?

  • The guy playing Robin is the evil cat in Fievel Goes West

  • check out the kid at 1:32 on the right totally out of costume in his striped shirt

  • @zeena35 Uh...you haven't seen the movie, apparently. That's the main character - he's a boy from the 80's kidnapped by time traveling dwarves into the past. You should see the film, it's one of the best sci-fi/comedy films ever made. Directed by Monty Python's Terry Gilliam, etc. It's from 1982.

  • great film. I saw this at the theater the year it came out & loved it. Always wished they would make it into a tv series.

  • 1:12 soooo funny.

  • The funniest part was when that peasant said 'with Christmas coming up & all'. Classic 80's Flim right here, luv it lol.

  • @SwaggerLikeUz if you listen close to the other guy he says oh ya yule tide comen eh

  • @wjwolf Your right I forgot, lol.. I also like the part in the woods, when the Time Bandits wanted to see the 'Boss'! And the Guy said 'The Bosssss' is He serious, ..Ohhhhhhhh

  • @SwaggerLikeUz I also like "Panzie!! the problem !! I must have fruit!!!!

  • @wjwolf LOL !!!

  • I wish there was a video for when he first walks up to them and asks them how long they've been robbing. Laugh my ass off everytime I see it.

  • what awful people...

  • yeah, he's afraid it is!!

that last punch sounds like a floorboard hitting her lol

  • I LOVED this movie when I was a kid!

  • "it was a good day, Mr. Hood!"

  • If this was the process required to collect a social security check our society would work alot better.

  • ive been laughing at that scene ever since I saw it back in 1984.

  • I just wish you could've posted the whole scene---I love how the Merry Men,whom we see first, look like they'd be right at home in Ridley Scott's movie, and Robin comes out, looking downright ridiculous in his Errol Flynn ensemble.

  • "Yeah, he's afraid it is!"

  • Robin Hood isn't much different from a lot of social workers I've known.

The guy who keeps punching out "the poor" reminds me of the security guards at the welfare hotels.

  • The loony guys eyes kill me lol

  • "Well what can I say, thank you, thank you all very, very much indeed"

    "Oh don't me--what?"

    Hehehehehe!

  • C'mon you lot!

  • look at the determination in that dude's eyes.

  • @joeleb pmsl iv been watchin that bit for years and and years, always picks me up when im low, what with christmas comming up an all

  • I know the dude sais Yuletide so thats christmass.LOL I love this movie im 39 and watch this everytime its on.

  • Hey! Just cause your poor don't mean shit is free.

  • rofl i remember this scene of this movie...

  • One of the funniest things I ever seen in my life !!!! He has that fist cocked and loaded with a determined look on his face.!!! My god!! I'm giggling just typing this.....!!!

  • "He says he's afraid it is". HAHAHAHAHAHA LOVE IT. I love the look on his face when he's about to hit the woman.

  • Thanks so much, this part is classic!!

  • Time Bandits!

  • One of the funniest scenes of all times. Thanks!

  • that has to be the funniest stuff ive ever seen!

  • LOL!!! I saw this in the cinema back in '81, suprisingly my dad and I were the only ones laughing at this scene

  • wtf? lol

  • People who thought Kevin Costner, when he played Robin, should've dressed in forest-green tights obviously never saw this.

  • Greatest movie ever.

  • Yes because otherwise the lines would be too long...

A bankruptcy judge told me that after we watched this clip...hilarious

  • 1 of the best movies of all time shame they dont make them like they used 2

  • he actually sucks air in before launching one on the old broads face lol.

  • I love this movie. John Cleese as Robin hood is jolly good, jolly good.

  • The little cut frames are what make it hilarious....;-D

  • love it

    unforgettable

    \m/

  • "or snueti hey" Is that what he's saying? :D

  • One of the best movies ever made.

  • Great movie

  • Oh, ayeeehehahheaayeaYuletideaheaaaho. What did he say? "Yeah, what with Christmas comin' up an' all.". The intense look on Redgrave's face before he punches the old woman! Fucking class! This scene has had me pissing myself for over 20 years.

  • well once you give them money they become the rich so you need to rob them to give to the poor but then they become the poor - distribution of wealth :) lol

  • Yeah-"is that really necessary?" He says "yeah-I,m afraid it is"Brilliant.

  • this reminds me of the democrats. the republican method is similar but they are sent on their with the shot to the chops. Terry Gilliam Rules!

  • er, is that absolutely necessary? Nice one - great film.

  • "He says he's afraid it is."

  • Lol ahhh what a brilliant clip thanks, great film
