I can't do those yet with any added weight. Just started vert sit-ups as part of my routine in the past month. Been working my abs for years with standard crunches and knee raises (weighted). I'm in pretty decent shape (good 6-pack, but not as defined as yours). Good inspiration there!
i saw this earlier today and had to try it i can do the dragonflag the leg raises,superman pressups and the flag all easy but this omg! i had the bench much lower and i could only do 16kg for 4 i was gutted im gonna keep at it now though this has motivated me
if you have not been doing this exercise before, it will take a while before your muscles get used to this particular move and reach the potential. 4x16kg is pretty good and u will improve still.
btw i canot do flag.. just cant hold it my legs allways move sideways lol
Nice. I always wondered if that would work with a bench like that. How's it kept in place? There's no danger of it falling over?
