Oh ok, didn't know that. I'm not much of a Hong 10 fan but I heard most of his moves he makes are original moves thought up by himself like that one. But thanks for the info.

In most cases it's hard to say who made the move first. I strongly believe two different people in different places could have created the same moves. If a move suits your breaking style and makes sense with everything else you do I believe is fair game.
