Naruto's Sora is in the third arc in Shippuuden. It's filler, but... if you ask me, it was the best filler I've ever seen.

There's a bit of Sora at the beginning and in the middle. Mostly, it's Sasuke and Itachi. I'm not complaining. ^_^
