Praveen swami (16 :00) please understand that if it was your wife or daughter raped by CRPF you would'nt have justified CRPF raping tribal ladies. Indeed it is not just spontaneous unruly behaviour but rape is systematically used as a way to subjugate and terrorise people by CRPF. If they are well trained why can't they be stringently instructed not to rape ladies , and what about subsequent punitive measures? How easily do you talk about Human rights violations!

The answer is simple CRPF is forced to fight an unjust war propagated By P Chidambaram and the Corporate Looby miners. A fighting force devoid of a moral conviction is weak. CRPF donot know whom they are fighting for and what they are fighting at. They are also unhappy with the uncaring state who puts thier life in peril. FWhile Maoists have a huge moral boost and they know well what they are fighting for (though I condemn violence of all sorts) hence they win
