If you look on Wikipedia it explains about it. I'll copy and paste what it says :]

"Donald Carpenter, Garret Whitlock, and Mike Moye have started a new band, Million Man Army. On November 24, 2008 the band posted a blog on their MySpace that simply said "SUBMERSED WILL BE BACK!" No other details have been enclosed."
