Known as the master of the Italaian Renaissance. His works made a big influence to the modern architects today because of his contribution in the field of anatomy, mechanics, physiology, philosophy, hydraulics, engineering and many more.
at 13 sec. i see a ballet dancer in hear hair and in the shadow along her cheek. at 38 sec. i see ppl sitting at a long table across her chest and they are in the shadows of her shoulders. 1:46 i see a horse along the shadows of his cheek. and something at 47 seconds on the left side of her hair i cant make out. and a bunch of others. burn it up and watch if you dont believe me. lol
watch this high and look very closely at most of the paintings. you can make out like illusions in like womens hair of ppl i saw a ballet dancer in one. its pretty wicked
i just cant get over the fact that he thought of all that stuff 500 years before they were known by us!his work is basically the foundation of what we have today!I mean,he wrote BACKWARDS to protect his ideas from getting stolen!i am so so amazed by this guy words cant describe it.
hey people. do not swear and blame anyone. plz ?.. even if his english is not good and his thinking is different from you.. he may be genius than all your family and friends.
@nickthegreek12345 like an Aristotle or a Newton, we never measured his IQ, though he displayed phenomenal inventiveness and dexterity in all intellectual and creative fields of his time. Listen it's almost like Achilles was so gifted, saying could have scored a penalty 100 times out of 100. IQ measurements are very specific and contextual to our times. The skills tested in IQ tests are learned by picking up certain cues when participating in the exercises that are included in the test.
Some pick it up quick, some pick it up slow, sometimes both slow and the quick learners plateau off at the same IQ score!! this is what the science of intelligence suggests. So I am saying IQ is a flexible mental skill, like language, you acquire the cues, you can sharpen /blunt with time and activity. It's based on the responding corectly within a cultural context, or of learning how to answer the questions better. It is a more complex version of linguistic ability, or reward conditioning.
I am sure that you have already forgotten that you commented on this certain video but just to point out something - "IQ" Measurements were at the very least *promoted* in 1912 by Stern, so assuming a *fact* that da Vinci certainly possess a 220 IQ is improbable. (Also mentioning that it is "Innacurate")
It's quite a shame really that 7 people believed you and thumbed you up.
Not trying to be rude, though. But I am actually making a point.
¬¬ eran personas diferentes, no creo que se las deba comparar, Leonardo era un gran pintor y dejaba ir su miaginacion asta grandes limites, Michelangelo era un grandioso escultor. Ambos son grandes genios
When constructing his horse, Leonardo came across many engineering difficulties which he solved by inventing new techniques and machines. To answer the question of whether he was the greatest genius ever, I would say he is undeniably so. He was never allowed a formal education because he was illegitimate, and he was still the greatest polymath ever. If he was alive today, I can't even imagine what he would dream of.
goku, of course you can. The only difference between Leonardo da Vinci and many, many other people is he took the initiative to follow his ideas and develop his skills to an extreme. Thinking "I'd love to fly" was his dream. He acted on this. He would probably dream of time travel and more efficient ways of using energy in modern times.
Accompany this with constant recording and thought. You can almost certainly do this; just prepare to be exceedingly motivated and highly resilient to misery.
Quirky music very jolly! I grew up with a book of Da Vinci's drawing before I went to Art College. Of course, he was born 8 years before the construction of Rosslyn Chapel began - 'see the new book 'Rosslyn Chapel Revealed' (Sutton Publishing Ltd.).
Worth, in general, is measured by how well it is popularly appreciated--even if only amongst specific groups. If physics were as easily appreciated by the common man as visual art then surely Newton would be called the greater genius; or if music, then Bach. As it is, most anyone can see, and so Leonardo is easily called "the greatest genius of all time," but not necessarily justly so.
Yes those guys were geniuses, but Leonardo was an absolute polymath. Those guys were geniuses at what they did, but Leonardo covered multiple fields and excelled in all of them.
I have to disagree with you, i think my video on Leonardo will give you a greater understanding of his genius. No other person even comes close to this man.
if it appeases your sense of injustice then you'll probably be happy to know that the upcoming movie by the howard/hanks collaborators is being panned as "pedestrian", or worst,"typically hollywood"(OUCH!).

Leonardo is already incarnated and living among us. That's why so many art and science are being made today.

IQ is a bad way to analyse someone's logic and/or intteligence but I would say he would hit very high (250+ I my opinion if that is even possible =P)
