There's nothing wrong with feeling the music while judging, but you need to keep it contained. You are getting paid to pay attention to the battle and judge fairly, which is impossible if you're grooving so hard you can't closely watch the battle. This is disrespectful to the bboys battling and to the promoter. They can cypher on their own time, but not while at the judges table.
