Bishop Patterson was a great great man of God with not just a word for a denomination or an organization whichever, but a word for the world. His ministry transcended denomination, organizations, color, creed, whatever man would limit, God gave him territory that could have only been given him by the almighty hand of the master!!!!!!! I love him and miss him!

Lets bring some clarity to some of these indiscrepancies. 1) COGIC is a "organization" and not a "denomination" as many suppose. 2)COGIC is Pentecostal in beliefs and NOT Apostolic such as PAW, COOLJC or UPCI... the baptism makes the difference. Yet, being a Elder in COOLJC, we fellowship with several COGIC churches and many of our Apostles attended Bishop Patterson's funeral. I personally find Bishop Patterson's ministry one of the most powerful besides my own pastor, Bishop William L Bonner

Baptist get a solid word every Sunday. It just depends on what church you attend in any denmonation. Some churches feed some don't. But don't single out just Baptist/Methodist.

Yes, Patterson was COGIC, but his reformation had nothing to do with his God given anointing. An apostolic preacher by the name of Bishop Noel Jones (he was PAW not sur eif he still is) But, his reformation had nothing to do with his anointing either, he's incredibly well versed in the word!! So, I'm under the apostolic banner myself, but if you're a Baptist or a METHODIST and you got a solid "word" I WANNA HEAR IT!!!

I'm not methodist, so I can't speak for them. I'm Baptist and we get a solid WORD from our Pastor/teacher every Sunday. A Word Convicts you causes you to change, A solid WORD is not Denominational but scriptural. Bishop Patterson stated this once before, there are people in every denomination that are lost and confused which includes baptist, methodist, COGIC and yes even PAW..

Bishop G.E. Patterson was great man of God!! He fellowshiped with a lot of Apostolics. His homegoing was packed with Apostolics...and big wigs in the Apostolic Faith, I know I was there to witness all those that were there from Apostolic organizations, being Apostolic myself.
