WOW, your HSPU ´s are impressive. I know how hard these are and I know how much work has gone in to that. Your hands are turned inwards during the back lever. Any reason for that? Very cool ring handstands. I recently started doing those and they are a lot of fun. Good luck with your training and I hope you stay injury free
@speedyman290 Yes sir, I only held it for 1-2 seconds without feet on the straps. I believe I can get it fairly solid within the next few months. At least a 3 second hold.
As for the tuck versions, yes, I went backwards to increase the duration of the lift (instead of 3-5 second holds, I am doing closer to 10-15 seconds in the easier versions). I found that this has helped me recover a bit better and deloaded my elbows!
@speedyman290 I am making good progress on the planche volume: up to 5 sets of 13 seconds in the advanced tuck (hands supinated) on the floor. I will try to post soon.

@getinthecarbitch Thanks! I turned my hands that way to unload my biceps. I developed slight tendonitis and I didn't wanna aggravate it at the time.

@speedyman290 last time I tested I think it was at 18seconds. I feel like it might take me about 30 seconds before I move to the straddle hehe
ORTprod 1 year ago
@ORTprod yeah around 25-30 is enough before move on the straddle.
