  • WOW, your HSPU ´s are impressive. I know how hard these are and I know how much work has gone in to that. Your hands are turned inwards during the back lever. Any reason for that? Very cool ring handstands. I recently started doing those and they are a lot of fun. Good luck with your training and I hope you stay injury free

  • @getinthecarbitch Thanks! I turned my hands that way to unload my biceps. I developed slight tendonitis and I didn't wanna aggravate it at the time.

  • amazing hand stand pushups on the paralletes man.

  • @joy1288 Thank you very much!

  • Your planche is coming along well.

  • @whouton Thanks!

  • Looking amazing! What are the white pipe things called and where did you get yours?

  • @Keiloces parallettes or p-bars, and from Home Depot. You can build them for about 15$

  • nice vid and congrats to HS on the rings

  • @michael88c thank you very much :)

  • nice but why you are still doing tuck planche and tuck front lever

you stopped to train them and just come back on them ?

hahah well done for the XR HS but your feet touched the straps a bit no ?

    nice fall lol

  • @speedyman290 Yes sir, I only held it for 1-2 seconds without feet on the straps. I believe I can get it fairly solid within the next few months. At least a 3 second hold.

As for the tuck versions, yes, I went backwards to increase the duration of the lift (instead of 3-5 second holds, I am doing closer to 10-15 seconds in the easier versions). I found that this has helped me recover a bit better and deloaded my elbows!

  • @ORTprod Oh YEAH good luck for the XR HS i will try soon on my ring.

Yeah at least 20 sec is needeed on advanced tuck before go to the next variation.

lets go to the full planche !!

  • @speedyman290 last time I tested I think it was at 18seconds. I feel like it might take me about 30 seconds before I move to the straddle hehe

  • @ORTprod yeah around 25-30 is enough before move on the straddle.

  • @speedyman290 I am making good progress on the planche volume: up to 5 sets of 13 seconds in the advanced tuck (hands supinated) on the floor. I will try to post soon.

  • @ORTprod Ok cool .look forward

  • wow nice, you put alot effort into your training, I need to do that

  • @akbarthegreat03 thanks man!
