  • very nice design

  • Love the car.

  • very nice review rhanks a lot

  • 0:34 am I the only one who sees the ectoplasm coming out of the car?

  • like this car but fuel economy isnt that good, also the backup camara wasnt offer but on the 2011.

im going to wait for the 2013 Accord coupe coming up this jan 10. all redesign

  • Honda

  • Honda

  • It has a bullshit v6 that uses 4 cillindars when ur driving normal 3 when stopping and 6 when your putting your foot down go for the 4 cillindars

  • WOW....101mph in the 1/4. It would certainly rape an altima coupe. Too bad its too big, the interior sucks, and the fuel economy is terrible. Great engine though.

  • honda accord coupe or chevy camaro?

  • @bmxer272 camaro has aggressive looks and more guyish, its more powerful though. The accord has a lower fuel consumption and still powerfull. The accord has a better resale value

  • it looks like this was filmed in the 1990 at first lol

  • i don't know why I want this car suddenly....

  • why does the 6spd manual in the v6 loose torque?

  • @gladiatorsworn you're a complete dumbass. i said quarter mile, go back and read what i wrote. also i would like to see an official video of altima that hits 60 in 5.3 seconds. according to motorweek (these guys) altima coupe does 0-60 in 6.4 seconds.

  • @gladiatorsworn nope, accord's 13.8s to 1/4 mile is faster than altima's 14.8s and camry 14.4s.

  • @gladiatorsworn yes but the altima doesnt handle as well, has inferior interior material and fuel economy. youtube it, there is a comparison video of accord vs altima. also the camry is boring.

  • i test drove one of these and was disappointed, i sorta wish it was sportier, even on sport suspension there was still alot of body roll along with a hard ride. the interior i wish was better also, its too simple, i wish it had the gauges from the civic

  • Nice interior, and even nicer front end and side profile. Rear end is meh

  • This is the last real Honda aside from the Civic Si.

  • The V6 Accords are very quick, but with 271 hp in a front wheel drive car, it tends to produce too much torque steer. The four cylinder with 190hp is plenty of power for the Accord and you save money as well!

  • this car looks better in life, pretty quick but still wouldnt buy one

  • the backside is fucking ugly....interior looks boring, nothing sporty

  • camry falls behind a LOT. they dont have a coupe version, a performance oriented camry (which the accord is already)

not to mention the corrola doesn't have a 2 door either, or a hybrid, or a natural gas version

  • The interior is amazing.

  • I got the 2008 Accord Coupe v4. Looks nice, but not very fast. Should I even try to put anything in it to make it faster or is it a waste of time?

  • @FloridaIsWhereItsAt i think its a waste to tune any v4 that is produced today

  • @thelittleasianboy there is no such thing as a v4, the accord has an inline four cylinder. and really you shouldnt tune any 4bangers? I guess all the guys with built STIs and EVOs are wasting their money

  • @AlexanderBlueAvenue other then those two as an exception, because they are made to be tuned, i dont believe people should tune cars like a civic, accord, camary, corrola, mazda 3, 6, etc..and even those who tune stis and evos i feel arent great tuned cars so yeah waste of money, especially the fwd 4 cylinders, they are the worst

  • @thelittleasianboy lmao STI and evos are wasted money? you can get both of those cars to run 11s without rebuilding the engine. their performance stock is comparable to cars like the M3, hell the evo can compete with supercars if built right. I dont see how on earth those cars are a waste of money, they both make power easily and both handle well stock. they are purpose built performance cars, you need to learn a little more about them before downing them

  • @thelittleasianboy hahahah dumb ass a V4? Go smoke some crack. 4-cyl tuned right will EAT V8's all day long.

  • @jmmcool yeah american v8s ;)

  • @FloridaIsWhereItsAt there is no such thing as a v4, there are inline fours and flat fours, if you dont know what type of motor you have just say 4 cylinder.

people build up the K series 4 cyl like your accord has all the time in civic sis and RSXs. however those cars are much lighter and they dont really make alot of power. if you wanted to go fast you should have gotten the v6 with the 6speed, its the only way to get a decent performing accord

  • @AlexanderBlueAvenue

There were V4's in the past. Ford made V4's for some of there European models in the 60's and early 70's and they were also in other European cars in that era as well such as Saab and Renault.

  • @dwilsonjr78 quite true but to my knowledge they arent in any production car ATM. good point though

  • sexy car

  • Come on Honda. Give us the ~220hp 4-cylinder motor we've been waiting for in the Accord all these years!!! (At least in the coupe?)

  • @caj487 Honda makes a 220 HP 4 Cyl?

All they need is direct injection in the K24.

  • top model is 28k??!! might as well put in 3 grand more and get an Audi A4.

  • @rish1rish I'd almost agree, but let's face it. You're gonna put more money in repairs into that thing than you can afford. VW is awesome, but they break like an SOB.

  • @rish1rish The base A4 Would be a downgrade to the V6 Coupe. Correct?

  • comparing the honda accord's performance to a g37's is like comparing usain bolt to a cheeta. the only thing similiar it that they can move, but they were ment for very different things

  • I love this car have one myself :)

  • John Davis, being an auto reviewer should have pronounced coupe correctly - coo pay instead of coop.

  • @hokkienlang100 he did that as a nod to the UK because that's how they pronounce it over there. so it can be said both ways.

  • So its about as fast as a G37....umm interesting

  • hh hi every one

nice car ^_^ realy like it

you can put on twin terbo or somthing then you will kick some a** ^_^

    5.8 woow for 271 hp and 3.5

    super nice

    thanks .

  • I FINALLY test drove one of these beauties! It was even better than I expected and I am so buying one next year. It was a black on black EX-L V6 with navi. The price was $28,000, not bad :) .

  • you test drove one? how was it how it feel ? smooth? ruff? cuz i want to get the 2010 but i wanna do research 1st b4 i order it

  • 5.8!!!!!!!!!!11 wtf????? 13.9 1/4 mile?? WTF

  • I'm saying it's insanely good you dumbass

  • Wow you dont have to be mean about you fucking faggot.

  • ya the g35 is more expensive so it better be faster, which it barely is

  • @downdere The G35 coupe will hit 60 in 5.4 seconds and the G35 has more than just straight line performance.

  • Remember the G35 is RWD though, so after all is said and done, the G will be able to out-show the Accord on the track. When the snow comes however, then you will be able to pass the G with ease.

To be honest, the G35/37 and Accord Coupe really belong in two different classes; the Accord is the best option for someone that wants a drive anywhere anytime and have fun car. The G35/37 are really more of a Track-day car. The G37 with AWD takes the cake foooo shoooo though.

  • @HalfBreedMix A G35/37 with snow tires will outperform an Accord with all-seasons in the snow. I know because we have both in my family. :) However, the Accord is the obvious better buy for economy. It will get much better fuel mileage-- even in V6 trim-- than any G, and of course the base price is thousands less. In terms of styling, I think both are fantastic! Surprisingly, while the G37 has a lovely interior, the Accord's is very close in quality. Accord is best in class IMO.

  • @jaymum23 your family has good taste in cars. I love the G-coupes, but that tiny trunk space is nowhere near practical. I like to think that me being a single guy with no kids allows me to not care about things like trunk space, but not being able to haul anything bigger than a suit case kinda sucks.

  • those front lights dont look safe for people who are crossing the street and cant see a flash

  • i just bought one of these v6 ex-l and am really enjoyin it...have only eased the revs up to 3.25k with the redline at 6 3/4 u can tell it has so much more...the best part is its a practical car for a commuter also!

  • Stunning. If only they'd given this car rear wheel drive or the SH AWD. If they badged it an Acura CL, or even named it the sixth generation Honda Prelude, it would've helped. Unfortunately, most people associate the Accord with reliability, efficiency, and blandness. A shame as this can do 0-60 in 5.6 seconds (Car & Driver) and 14 seconds flat in the 1/4 mile (Motortrend). And in terms of looks, it's the closest thing to a DB9 for anyone who hasn't won the lottery or is a secret agent.

  • are u fucking nuts prelude, fuck that shit

  • Yes!!! Thank you for saying this! I feel the exact same way. I've been looking for my eventual next car, and this has everything... almost. It is an extremely good looking car. If it had an awd or rwd option, I think this Accord would be stealing sales from all kinds of segments that it doesn't currently directly compete with. They could even stand to bump that power up a bit. This was so very nearly going to be my next car (though, it looks so nice, it still may be, haha).

  • Stupid thing kind of resembles an Audi R8 for some reason, I am sure its not a bad car.

  • wow 5.8s is very impressive. its a bargain.

  • @immortal4942 whats the 0-60 for 2.4 version??

  • @JuveTube777 in the real world about 8 seconds.

  • damn now my mom is gonna keep up with my srt-4 cause she just got the v6 coupe lol...and i just saw a video of the v6 pull away from and sti!

  • I wonder what the 0-60 is on the I4.

  • about 8-9 seconds 0-60 for the 4 cylinder

  • lmao!..it was eating that strip alive haha

  • Damn this is the first 13 second honda stock thas fucking sick and its a fucking accord damn in tha future they're going to build these engines and there going to be fast/faster...

  • I have a 2003 Acura CL Type-S with the 260hp 3.2L VTEC V6/6MT and its pretty quick. This Accord V6/6MT however is just plain fast! This car would certainly give a V8 Mustang GT/Bullit a good run for its money. Everybody whines that Honda V6s dont have torque or that it needs DOHCs or direct injection to be competitive, this video is proof that the J series Honda V6 is still a class leader.
