I think it's dumb to assume Dr. Dre stole this beat. While they do have some similarities, they are still pretty different. This beat follows mostly a four on the floor kick pattern, while Kush has a distinct "clave" kick pattern. Also, their song is in A minor, not G minor, as Kush is. They also add the extra D minor chord; this would be C minor if it were in the same key as Kush, which Kush does not have.

Dr. Dre, in my opinion, is still just super dope at making music.

No the distinct dre sound is an inverted minor triad i.e. a minor would be c + e+ (high) a and it tends to be modal meaning all of the chords he uses are present in one scale. i.e. if he uses an a minor chord, he would also uses e minor, d minor, c major, f major, etc. (all chords with white keys because its in a minor)

When did I say that? I was implying that their half-assed keyboard skills do not compare to the instrumentation in samples that are composed of REAL MUSIC... Whether its a soul, jazz, funk, etc sample genre makes no difference. Ironically I think that YOU are the one that doesn't know what hip-hop is lol. Digital sounds are completely cheesy, they sound like absolute garbage compared to recorded analog instruments of the vinyl era. Searching for samples & mastering a digital sampler is just as hard as learning any instrument, being good at sampling is a feat within itself. Pretty much EVERY classic hip-hop song I can think of was made from a sample....Biggie, Jay-z, Nas, Dre, on & on

The songs are so simular you can just confirm it as a bite. Dr Dre and DJ Khalil clearly took the concept from Mysto and Pizzi, unless Mysto and Pizzi jacked it from somewhere else. Kush is slower with some changes in the keys but the concept is the same.
