The way Alan Moore liked to juxtapose morally gray characters against say, black and white moral roles, or literally black and white art, with no colour or gray between, is very much like Lara Croft being an awful, vapid character, who's only motivation could be bloodlust and kleptomania, ironically having the most (physically) detailed character in video games. That she has zero details in her personality, but hundreds in her polygons, is worthy of Alan Moore's writings.
