The fuel pump will not cause flooding. It sounds like your fuel pump is operating correctly. The flow of fuel into your carburetor is controlled by the Float and Float Valve. You should check out the CBRForum online. There is good information and support there.
hey I am having flooding problems on my 96 cbr f3. After I saw this video I removed the fuel pump and watched the contactor. It only clicks and makes contact about every 3 sec then just stops. The bike still revs and idles around 1500 rpm though. Could this be the cause of the flooding issue? I am getting gas in my crankcase and the bike sputters and dies once in gear

I looked on the site but couldnt find the part. Would a fuel pump from a 1998 600 f3 fit a 2000 600 f4?
