Unboxing - Gainward Geforce GTX 570 Golden Sample, Goes Like Hell

My GLH seems to have 2 6 pin connectors, apparently this is hte new rev 1 version or was I ripped off and got a rebranded GS?

@CjakonHD im pretty sure its a glh because my packaging is the same as in the video and the card is clocked at 800mhz. just worried that my version has the shitty 4 vrms.

@CjakonHD @levlobotomy There are 2 versions, one is the "older", long 27 cm and 1 8pin and 1 6 pin, the "newer" is long about 23 cm and has 2 6 pin. I got this card and I thought I got ripped too, but just look on the gainward site.

did you count the vrms. i think its only got 4. couldnt remove the baseplate to count though, seems to be glued onto the pcb!

look on tube for clip named "Gainward GTX 570 GS overclock 950/1900/2200 MHz" and u will see model with 1x8 pin + 1x6 pin model, and jimmyjwak is right, there are 2 models of that card so look first before buy

@marino4691 The GLH's GPU and memory clockspeed is both 50mhz faster. but the GLH needs a 8pin + 6pin instead of only 2* 6pins other then that nothing (and the look ofc.)

@marino4691 well not enough for you to buy that card instead but enough for if you need a complete new card you should take the GLH instead of the None GLH edition

is it true that the golden sample has 4.0 pixel shader and the GLH ed has 5.0 pixel shader?

@NitrousXProductions nope, all cards (gtx 570, gtx 570 gs and gtx 570 glh) have Shader Model 5.0 support.. All those cards have same GPU and same type of memory only is difference clock (gtx 570 = 732/1900 Mhz , gtx 570 gs = 732/1900 Mhz and gtx 570 glh = 800/2000 Mhz) and cooling system.

@enjoyit81 over all the goes like hell is faster then the normal. golden sample.the goes like hell edition got 50mhz GPU and Memory speed more. + 5Gb/s more bandwith then the normal. so overall it's faster.

Laptop graphic cards are normally build in to the CPU :-)
