I've had that before when I was in Universal. The dinosaurs froze and we just plunge down anyway, The JAWS shark didn't appear in the last attack scene, and the line went longer from a delay in Men in Black and Revenge of the Mummy. The Mummy thing happened twice to me

I'd be kinda excited if i got stuck on those rides, but why was Moe's Complex evacuated?

The Jurrassic Park stop was a lot of fun, but we were stuck on Hulk for close to 5 minutes, and those shoulder harnesses can get uncomfortable after alone.

As for the Moe's evac, I read somewhere that an SUV caught on fire in the Universal parking lot that night, so they may have cleared it out as a precaution (though the movie theater next door didn't seem to be impacted).
