Also consider that a flat tax on EVERYONE, would raise more revenue to pay for food stamps, welfare, etc. for low income families. Also it would eliminate loopholes in the tax code which also contributes to the lack of revenue. A low flat tax is the only way to generate enough revenue while simultaneously creating certainty in the business environment to create a stable economy

As a presidential candidate, you should NEVER say anything in a sarcastic or joking manner that can be taken out of context. Cain said he was joking about some of his remarks during the last republican debate in Nevada in an interview after the debate. This guy is a sham, end of story.
