  • Set fire to it and claim insurance.

  • I had no idea is back lot was that massive. Look at all that gold that isn't even organized yet! Kinda surprised that there are so many laying flat though.

  • God Bless u Jerry

  • I love Jerry's and go there often. My only complaint is the fact that the workers there smoke!!! I leave smelling like I went to a bar and not to buy vinyl...It also sucks when you bring your vinyl home and it smells like an ashtray!!!!!! Wish Jerry would not allow them to do this!!! But I love his store and he is a great guy!

  • @mylanbosslady

You idiot, vinyl doesn't retain any smells, it's Vinyl.

plus all recordsw that you buy anywhere are USED. most of them have set in basements or attics for years or worse in trash bins.

  • @TheBluescollector I don't think you have any business calling the other person an idiot. If records are constantly around smoke then yes, the jackets end up smelling and it can leave that yellow coloring on them (similar to what happens to walls when they are exposed to lots of smoke). Think it through before you call someone an idiot.

  • @BriFlores123 What do you think those records are born at jerry's? do you think that just some Record Fairy came and put them on the shelves? Every single one of those records in his store came from somewhere else. They spent years in basements, smokey rooms, Decades in moldy Pittsburgh homes (filled with smoke). Jerry cleans em up (covers included) then packs them in poly bags The weight of the records compressed against each other along with poly bags keeps any smoke away from the covers.

  • @TheBluescollector pt 2. Further if those record covers contain any smell, they got it decadeds prior to Jerry owning them... use your head and think about it. I think Mylanbosslady just has a stick up her ass about smokers. I bet she has no idea of the life those records had prior to being in a store. I've seen it with my own eyes. I've seen records covered in decades of filth and grime, even sewage waste get cleaned off and looking almost new.

  • @TheBluescollector You're still wrong. No I don't think they were "born" there. Even if they're in a sleeve and smashed together (which they shouldn't be), they will still get the smoke smell from the store. Can't the damn employees/owner smoke outside? I sure as hell smoke outside.

  • Jerry is the coolest. Viva la vinyl!
