Thats because the clip used was the edited version shown on tv. The unedited version on the DVD has red blood plus a little extra.

Actually a teenage girl had killed her father with an axe the day this episode was supposed to show. They ended up not showing it then, and when it did air they edited the blood to black, In the un-cut dvd version the blood is red, and I think there may be more sound effects for the killing scene...
