The person himself would have to have renounced his citizenship or committed a severe enough crime to have it revoked. You need to do some research. First off, he didn't choose, as he was too young. Article II of the constitution clearly identifies citizenship in this country. His mother was an expatriot that moved to Indonesia and married a non US citizen. For a child to recieve automatic, natural born citizenship, BOTH parents must be US citizens. That's the main one.

If Obama wasn't born inside this country, yes, you have a case against him. But the laws that define citizenship make it perfectly legal for him to run as president if he was indeed born in hawaii.
