@Braybann Wow -- you're right. Assuming that I read the title (which is why I watched the video to begin with,) I knew that. I also heard in the opening line the comment that it works with "any text" which is what my comment was in response to. And, just to further clarify, I was referring to the Kindle app on the iPhone 4S/iPad.
