french fries, cheese (Special cheese not like we buy at the market...only Canada have some of that cheese) and brown sauce (That sauce is special too....u can buy the sauce only from Quebec's market).

some restaurant make their own kind of poutine..they change the sauce or the cheese that go with it. But u can try the Original poutine at 1 restaurant in Québec ......It's called "La Belle Province".

Theirs a lot of it in all Quebec's territory.

Poutine is pretty much Fries topped with cheese curds and gravy. It may sound gross but it is freaking amazing. esp with ketchup and vinegar. :) Oh how I miss living in Canada.
