Considering the Mayan civilisation was wiped out hundreds of years ago, and that that would surely represent the end of the world for them, after all they had little or no conception of what existed beyond their continent and so the world comprised their civilisation alone, we can therefore safely say their calender was grossly inaccurate in predicting the end of the world from their point of view.
Ohhhhhhhhhh so thats what happened! *smacks forehead* I thought it was just hurricane season or the tectonic plates moving. I had it all wrong...sorry guys...my bad.
@Jimjammajay Nope. Lol. There's Hadron Colliders creating Strangelets that will destroy the entire earth to worry about now. Lol. So much for just the end of mankind, it'd be the end of Earth!! Lol.Let's hope the chances of one escaping (or a mini black hole) scenario is as unlikely as they think. Here I was worried about Yellowstone or SkyNet becoming self-aware :-D.
@StonewallBen Thanks. I'm new at this YouTube thing and got lucky because when I first put it up several websites posted the video on their sites. The views have since dropped off and I'm trying to figure out how to regain them. The contest will probably be over by then. Lol.
@sarajernigan Yeah I was curious about how your views spiked so quickly, I guess that explains it. Well, you got lucky, I just hope I break 1000 before the deadline. If I can manage that then I'll be proud of myself. Course getting ahead of you would be pretty nice too, but hey, you've got a steady lead going.
@StonewallBen I promoted the heck out of it on FB as well. I'm pretty sure several people "shared" the link from that too. I also put it on StumbleUpon. :) I'm not getting very many views now. I need to figure out other places to promote it.
