You can get VERY basic ones at FS Charts but those are more or less useless. If you'r looking for ILS charts for an airport located in a country which happens to have it's own IVAO division, then check that division's website. Charts are usually published there. Second option (better if you can do it) get a program called JeppView. You get all the approach charts and airport diagrams for most of the airports in the world.

Crabbing into the wind is the way it's done in a jet for a variety of reasons. If you want I can explain to you all the reasons why privately so we don't bore everyone else on here.

uh, no it's not. it causes an unacceptable amount of side pressure on the tire system. no matter how you cut it, whether you pull out of the crab or land sideways. *Former USAF Pilot*

Not to get into a thing with you about this, but straightening out of the crab is how its done, (No-side load). Slipping causes wings (and engines) wich are already close to the ground to get even closer. There are other reasons, like not wanting to slosh fuel around when you're lickely to be low on fuel anyway. I'm sure there's different techniques for AF planes, but this is just how it's done.

Okay, I'll defer on the bigger jets (I flew little T-37's)..it just seems pretty evident that if you're not in a crab and not in a slip, the x-wind is pushing you sideways as you touch down. That causes inevitable side load on the gear. I guess it's negligible...
