Hi, l don't mean to be rude, but l've often wondered: How does a Siberian urinate in winter? Isn't it potentially fatal? Won't the liquid freeze and harm the urethra?!
Ive been looking for a video like this for a long time! I find it always very weird that russian people or just mostly white/blond and then when you go more east you have asian looking people from china suddenly.. But I guess these are the people in east russia that slightly make the transision
OK I usually troll with this account but this video is genuinely interesting and informative. I've always found Chukotka to be an amazing land, and this knowledge of its natives is really great. Great video.
Thank you for your interest in the peoples of the North. We are sending you recent material we collected in Kamchatka for your interest. All the very best to you!
It breaks my heart to hear of lost cultures. Suppressed cultures resulting in lost angauge and tradition which breaks links to the past. People cry about global warming, but this is the reason environmental problems exist. We have lost our way as human beings.
I keep hearing words in my head I shouldn't know and faces I've never seen, like the ancestors are crying out with a message.
I'm supposedly "african-american" and I don't know why I drawn to these cultures.
Yes, the Tungusic people (Nanai, Udeghe, Evenk, Negidal, Ulch and others...) are related to the Manchu. But the people from this video (Chukotko-kamchatkan people) arenť related to the Manchu.

Thanks for sharing.
These Siberian native people are closely related to Manchu people, their culture, religion, even clothing, etc.
