This might sound like a stupid question, but if this was actually happening, would you still have the mentality that your character has in the game?

@DarthBigBen Possessed Pipboy - Yes, Gabriel - No. That's the point of this kind of games, has some realism, but it's mixed with elements that are more ridiculous and some that never happened in our world (for a start, in the world that the Fallout series is set, China didn't back down on it's hardline communist regime and took over from Soviet Russia's role).
Battlefield 3 and Modern Warfare 3 are a little too realistic for my tastes.
