One of the strongest players of all time. I saw him hit a line drive that was about 30 feet off the ground off the foul pole at Yankee Stadium in 2005. Probably one of the hardest hit balls I've seen.

yea Frank Thomas is known to have slumps at the beginning of the season. well the big hurt is back with the A's again and he hit 39 hrs with them a couple of years ago, so he should be fine there.
