Thank you for the video... it doesn't demand many gym equipment or accessories and is a complete do at home video.. its fun to workout along with the video!
thanx for the vid...although cardio might not be completely necessary for everyone, i find it energizing to follow this vid in the morning...it never hurts to do extra cardio...lol...i also like the fact that they are quick "at home" exercises...btw, i love your accent :)

Just a tip, if you dont mind...
You really DO NOT need a warm up before you do such light exercises. Warm ups are generally only needed for 1) athletes 2) who are going to lift between 80% and 100% of their 1 rep max. You were doing almost 5 minutes of warm up for something that didn't need a warm up at all.

though i'm a man, I do the arm workouts 1 & 2, but will heavier weights. really great. most of the mens exercises on youtube just show a few moves in 30 seconds, but this is a whole routine! thank you rumi
