  • thanx for the vid...although cardio might not be completely necessary for everyone, i find it energizing to follow this vid in the morning...it never hurts to do extra cardio...lol...i also like the fact that they are quick "at home" exercises...btw, i love your accent :)

  • though i'm a man, I do the arm workouts 1 & 2, but will heavier weights. really great. most of the mens exercises on youtube just show a few moves in 30 seconds, but this is a whole routine! thank you rumi
