This is not fake, its a montage with real and not real scenes. All the scenes from the helicopter, excepted by 0:13 are made with 3D cars, or a record with green screened and edited. The scenes of the car with close zoom are made in a closed studio and recorded with safety and security. At the final scene, the car is possibly an well made animation because of the car stop. The NFS Studios work hard on this video and the driver is a great pilot, resulting in a great video with all the respect.

This is a fake. Look at the first sequence where the car is visible on the building, the shadow of the car on the pad and the shadow of the pad on the building do not line-up, they are mismatched by approx 20 degrees. In the last sequence, when the car stops, the shadows are almost lining-up, which tells me at first look that the drifting sequences were shot over a period of approx 1.5 hours while the building rooftop was shot over a few minutes at the most. Except for that, it's well done.
