More specifically, the last line leading into each chorus, plus the last word of the 2nd and 4th lines of each chorus are both more solid than A-mei. I also like the little runs she did near the end.
To summarize, the copier needs to make positive changes to any original performance, otherwise it is only immitation. The example of Whitney Huston, hehe.. stop comparing this girl to her, whitney is an ocean mile's better..
If you like, lets come back in 1/2 years, to see if this girl actually does better than either A-mei or Whitney.. remember A-mei's first album "sisters" made 1.08millions in Taiwan alone, so can't wait to see how this girl will do.. a bet?
I agree. Positive changes like an entirely superior vocal performance count for something in my book, although they don't seem to in yours.
As for record sales, you really don't want to open that can of worms. If we're going by that marker, Britney Spears is about 10 times better than A-mei is and ever will be.
