i was at the top gun camp. for the people who r trying to learn throwing motions this is terrible. when u drop u should never move the ball. and always keep it between the nipples. when you throw u should never left your left arm and u should hardly move it.
That is how you want to start off a practice while playing Quarterback then you want to go to a knee then move on to throwing on the run. I'm a JV Quarterback and have been playing for 5 years. I also throw side armed which in my eyes is the proper way to throw the football. But every Quarterback is unique in his own way.
