@3xOfxAxKind Listen Carefully. Go to finder, go on the tab on top of the screen, look for a tab there that says "Go". Click that, go down to "Go to Folder". A little confusing box appears. Click the box, type in ~/Library/Application Support/ and continue with what the video says.

@apaapamonkey One way to easily find the Library folder is to click go on the finder menu bar. Pressing the option key should make Library appear in the drop down menu. I had to do this when I wanted to install a texture pack. Hope this helps! :-)

@SOXDUDE2014 if this happens all you have to do is delete your bin folder in your minecraft folder, then run minecraft, let it update and it will work properly u will get your bin folder back. NOTE: Drag your mods out of the bin before otherwise they will be deleted

@DaKcBomb obviously if you deleted all your worlds you didn't follow the instructions. even if you messed up and you start over you only need to delete the minecraft.jar file not the worlds folder. just go into the recycle bin and recover your worlds.
