@90giannhs this engine i did start to build for fun and did have plans to put it in a husqvarna vintage 50cc chassie to get in the 50cc moped racing class. if i did finish it it havent been street legal and should have been a race engine only

@stephen1993wooster t mark on the flyweel is tdc that mark 12o clock on the engine and then little dot on the cam sprocket in the head 9o clock in the head in the spot that is marked in the cam sprocket space

gentleman, time to face the facts.

a fully tuned 2 stroke beats a fully tuned 4 stroke from with the same amount of cc's

however, when you see 2 stroke has twice the amount of ignitions in theory 2 stroke should have double the power.

this however is not true, and that is basically why 2 stroke sucks.

a 80cc 4 stroke would lose from a 50cc two stroke if you look at the maximum amout of fuel that can be burnt inside the cilinder, but a 80cc 4 stroke totally rips a 50cc 2 stroke. 4stroke ftw

@endeldarm I double that, 2 strokes burn double the fuel, wich means they are 100cc compared to 50cc. Its just 2 stroke engines output are too damn low, due to a 4-stroke valves it has alot more pressure, wich makes its output so much higher. It also pwns 2 stroke in fuel usage, and srsly, put a 50cc 2-stroke fully tuned vs a 50cc 4-stroke on an endurance race, the 2-stroke would have to go for fuel every 20 miles. While the 4-stroke can go for 80 miles easilly, with the same fuel capacity

my kx 450f, 13.5.1 (EXTREMEMLY HIGH) compression, 61hp 40 ft/lbs of tourque. wheelies in every gear with ease.

my kx 250 (2stroke) 9:0:11 compression (medium compression) both bikes have wiseco pistons. kx 250 = 50.28hp

32 ft/lbs of tourque.

Yes, 4 strokes are better when comparing race bike to race bike.

you use a clutch on the cranckshaft instead of a clutch on the gearbox (again stock clutch is too much load on the crank

whats the point of having an 20mm intake if the valve itself is only 17-18mm

and to all of those 2stroke lovers a 2stroke has no torque in comparison to a 4 stroke

2 strokes is much better, my zanella 80cc 2 stroke 115 km/h race with 110cc and 125 motorcyles 4 strokes. and my suzuki ax100 2 strokes race with Honda XR 250 4 strokes

jag har en yamati xj50 med en topp från en 110cc portad/planad, 22mm insug, 19mm förgasare, trim cdi, drevad, 70cc :) men ska slänga på en 110cc cylinder men den e ju ca 6 mm för lång :/ ska se ifall de löser sig... moppen gjorde ca 75 men visade sig att den va skuren när jag plocka av cylindern pga den läckte motor olja:(

Nice 'Dremelwork' on those ports, but you can go much bigger still, by starting off with the head from a 90-125cc version.

These have 23/27mm valves and much bigger ports.

Should be easily available second hand from a broken pit bike.

the 50-90 have a stock 20/18 what i know

and 100-120 have 22/20 (if i remember right)

i have been in the dremmel on this heads.

and on a 50cc u can´t fit bigger valves
