Emeril Lagasse and Mario Batalli are my favorite food network chefs. The only time that I see Alton Brown is on Iron Chef America.

this guy is hilarious i always watch his show on food network. He made homemade tortillas..pretty interesting how they're made. His recipe for mac and cheese was cool too, he showed how to bake the dish or do it stove top. He's cool.
