  • "It was three minutes, probably." -- it was 2:25 seconds to full jug -- in case anyone['s wondering. I don't know too much about juicers .. that that seems reasonable to me.

  • CAN YOU COMPARE Norwalk AND HUROM JUICER? PROBABLY HUROM IS NOT THAT GOOD BUT IS IT ANY CLOSE TO NORWALK BY JUICE QUALITY? PLEASE CAN YOU DO THAT?

  • it is a pity the people trying to sell these devices don't tell you the truth and in fact hide the information people need to know.

    1. You need only drink 1 CUP of juice a day,

    2. The Hurom (even the one with the new Ultem parts) is noisy - it has a lot of vibration.

    3. The lid will move in a fashion which is disturbing for a device supposed to be quality. No, I do not use it incorrectly, all parts are fitted. Veg are in right sizes.

    4. You NEED a strainer for the produced juice, FACT.

  • @sweetypie000

    1) you don't need to drink any juice at all - is it not a choice how much fresh fruit/vegetable juice one chooses to drink? what if you have more than 1 in your family? If there are regulations surrounding this please enlighten me =)

    2) It sounded really loud in this video too, I could barely hear the guy talking even though he has a dedicated microphone - oh wait, he doesn't ...

    3) maybe you got lemon?

    4) straining is ok - means you are getting more as opposed to less ... ;-)

  • @sweetypie000 poo poo poo. thanks for sharing.

  • Hi Matt, hi Angela. Hey guys do you have any information about the oscar vitalmax cold press juicer? do you know if it does nut milk? The hurom seams to be very good but its a bit expensive, so i checked for others juicers and the oscar vitalmax was the one with best reviews. Any advise/info that you could have will be very welcome!!!

  • how does it work with kale and the really leafy leafy greens

  • We bought a Hurom Slow Juicer a few weeks ago. Seemed we got lots of leaking initially because we put too big pieces too quickly through it. Love it now.

  • The hurom is a great juicer. I use mine daily and am so impressed with the durability, and easy use / cleaning.

I see Matt is also wearing a silver pulsar... good stuff.

I must say Matt looks the best that I have ever seen in all the videos I have watched. Keep up all the great work.

  • I bought the Hurom and I like it for most things, but I find that the little hole on the way to the pulp expulsion gets clogged when I juice wheatgrass and other greens. Any suggestions?

    Thanks

  • Right on wearing the Bob Beck Silver pulser!

  • Nice video Matt. It certainly made my decision on what juicer to buy

  • bob beck rules :)

i like what's on your ulnar and radial pulse

  • Too bad they do not have a higher quality version with stainless steel parts..at least I can't find one. I"m not a fan of petroleum plastic parts that crack and leech. And if people believe the hype about Steel blades being bad, you are suckered into that myth..for the conveniences of the manufacturers to give you lower quality parts for higher prices. Do some research.. THanks for the review

  • Do you wash the nut milk bags in the washing matchine after every use? I only have 2 bags, and my mum :D doesn't wash clothes everyday since we aren't many in the house, so I wouldn't be able to strain it everyday. Do you guys just have very many bags? Or you rinse them?? :D thanks

  • thanks Matt, great video ! very educational to help us make the best decision

  • Thanks for making this video, I just bought the Hurom from your site and can't wait to start using it.

  • Is there much difference between getting classic twin gear juicer and this one, hurom, nutrition wise :)?

  • its not cheap at $ 350 !

  • Great video, I'll be buying one soon. I wish someone would make a video of the Hurom juicing wheatgrass.

  • I should get me one of those! Thanks!

  • I have the Omega VRT330, which is basically the same as the Hurom. I love it.

  • *hugs to you peeps*

  • use da pusherrrrr man slow lab coat

  • @sbaker3232 Unless you have extremely long long fingers their is no danger using your fingers as a pusher in the Hurom.

  • My top 4 juicers are,

    #1 norwalk 275 juicer

    #2 hurom slow juicer

    #3 greenstar e1503

    #4 breville 800jexl

The reason why i didnt include the Omega VRT330, even it was made the same as the hurom slow juicer. Is that the omega vrt300 had a big defect on that model. If you didnt close the lid correctly, it will stay locked/stuck. So if you try to put pressure and try to open it, it will crack.

  • I'm still leaning towards Breville because it has such a wide mouth opening! I have a champion juicer and I'm getting really fed up with it.

  • The breville is a great juicer, but the breville runs at a super high heat, super high rpm, which will kill all the nutrients in the fruits and greens that you are juicing.

  • yeah, that concerns me, but I would drink it right away if that helps at all. I just find the wide mouth and less time to juice so appealing.

  • Even if you drink right away. You still wont get all the nutrients using the breville. Thats because the machine runs at a high heat, high rpm which kills most of the valuable nutrients from the fruits and greens.

  • @sfiv1987 The Breville's speed Does not allow for the nutrient killing oxidation or heating that you may find in conventional centrifugal juicers. If you have not heated the juice you have not killed it. The 800jexl is phenominal.

  • @sfiv1987

hahah it wont "KILL ALL" it just doesnt reach the maxium potential like the hurom does

dont talk like a fucking cunt on the internet...fell me?

    *BREVILLE_OWNER*

  • Wow that juicer look amazing, you had me at heart shaped! lol

  • The Omega VRT330 is another vertical, single augur juicer that people may want to investigate. Save for a few cosmetic differences, it's identical to the Hurom, and in fact is made in the same Korean factory.

  • yep! I have an omega, but am kinda fed up with it, this is definitely on my list...I probably will sell my breville, even though I just got it :(

  • @lovemerawTV How much do you need for it?

  • I got a question ! How do you use raw cacao? Can I just place it in hot milk and drink chocolate milk ?

    Thank youuuu

  • Whatever you choose to mix it into, just make sure it's no hotter than what your finger could tolerate since then you'd be cooking your RAW cacao and then you might as well buy hot chocolate mix from the store ;)

  • hummm...i thought i knew which juicer i wanted until this vid. hummmm. thanks i guess.

  • i know crosspecans...me too! i had discovered this one on youtube yesterday myself and was fascinated... i'm gonna add it to our store tonight...and get one for ourselves when we can. ;)

    milokito

  • whew i just facebooked dan. hoping he wouldnt be mad about my waffling. ~~~

  • neither he nor i could ever be mad at you, my dear!! ;-)
