why is paul bernardo serving life sentences while karla homolka got 12 years and a big fucking reward? considering it is said she killed 10 people of which she was only convicted of 3. paul bernado was only charged with a dozen rapes and accessory to murder. yet the rapes he did were done while karla homolka was filming them behind him because she kept talking and getting him all fantasised of rape and torture.
Tell that to the families of those wrongly convicted and executed. If one of your family members was executed for a crime he/she did not commit, would you still think it was an "acceptable loss"?
Oh, and by the way 1) Look at the U.S. statistics and learn that it costs an average of 2-10 times more on average to have a trial for and execute a convict, but I guess that you didn't bother to find out why we feel that fair trials and imprisonment is necessary. 2) Actually it's closer to 2.1 billion 3) That lady talking about hiding a conviction - her testimony was clearly edited (0:58) 4) We don't kill people, especially the innocent ones because we're not barbaric like they are. Dipshit!
You're a fucking idiot. Do you even wonder why these things are enforced? Get a fucking education. An acceptable loss. Did you really say an acceptable loss? This is the first time that I've ever made on youtube, but I SINCERELY hope that you get wrongfully convicted of a horrible crime, gang-raped by inmates for years, and then publicly executed in front of your family. I am a criminology graduate and student, and I can tell you know nothing of the issue.
my friend...you are so right it isnt even funny. we need more people like the boondock saints. thievs murderers and rapists getting out and everyone is thinking the same thing...somebody should just go out and kill those motherfuckers
o i also wanted to note that this vid reminds me of tookie williams Cali execution. on his last day he was an asshole to everyone but not because he was getting executed but because it took them 25 years to decide whether they wanted to put him down or not. his last words were to the Lethal injection preps i believe he said "Can you guys hurry this up?" (they had trouble finding his vein due to his muscualr structure) anyways another classic man. again i say keep em coming
i was wondering when you were gonna bring up CP. i spent half a school year in gov. talkin about CP. seems like you took both sides in this one. but if i was given life i would probably want execution. i'm no badass so i'm bound to be someone's bitch lol.
sorry, mark. capital punishment has never been a proven deterrent to crime. we keep people like bernardo alive because we admit that the system isn't perfect and CAN convict innocent people. some times it can take years to prove their innocence, as in the case of anthony hanemaayer, who spent years in jail wrongfully convicted of a sex attack committed by bernardo. in his case the cops withheld evidence that would have given him a new trial. how can we trust this system to be 100% correct?
great piece mark point taken here in the states if from mass. we have a petfile list at every post office and a sex offender has to register at any new adress the move too keep up the great work
I find it ironic how we kill people to show others that killing is wrong. Nonetheless I am 100% for the death penalty

sure it's easy to kill those that deserve to die. but our system is not perfect so killing right now isn't the answer

Fully agree.
My twelve year old cousin was raped and after they caught the guy we were informed he was a registered sex offender with three counts in the area.
...What?

This is a rather controversial subject, Mark. But I agree with you for a 100%! Keep it up, buddy.
