I checked the bio for Randy Wallace. He is slathered with accolades. I also read a few of his previous investigations including another CPS kidnapping case from March of this year there in town.
Have you heard of the Child Protection Collaborative Meeting from February? Stephen Newhouse was there and they outline many of the points you make.
You know things are mezzed up when you consider people noticing how bad it is good news.

@LastCynicStanding Randy is a good man and he reports factual information, and if the information changes, he will run another story to straighten out the previous error. As a person, he is thoughtful, intuitive, and he truly cares about children; my dogs like him, and I have found that when dogs and children like a person, the person is more likely to be the real deal.
Thomas (Tom) Sanders (Gates' Case) is a brilliant law man, honest to the core, fights for justice, and usually wins!

@LastCynicStanding Hard to imagine that all the judges dealing with CPS cases drank the CPS' kool-aid... In court transcripts,
Judge: I'm not cutting anybody off [...]but you have in the Affidavit [of Facts] that the house was dirty and there was dog stuff on the floor.
CPS: That's what it had alleged in the report, yes, sir.
Judge: Tell me about that.
CPS: The condition of the house was appropriate.
Judge: I'm sorry?
CPS: The condition at the home was appropriate for the child.
HUH?

@hope4kidz CPS workers submission of FALSE Affidavit of Facts should be treated as the perjury it is!
I want to know why the judge is worried about cutting someone off! They lied! The anonymous call said the parents were drugged out, the house had dog feces on the floor, the baby was living in squalor.
If you call this home squalor, I would love to see your house!~
The investigator found out the allegation was FALSE. Charge the paternal family members who are determined to harm this baby!
