I take back what I said. I will continue to see this show because I was thoroughly entertained! Please go see the US edition of Kitchen Nightmares!!! You will not be disappointed. Chef Ramsay tells it like it is.

as an american I've seen the UK series & was impressed. I like the documentary style, but of course the U.S. version is going to be more reality TVish. I dont think they will fake anything, but it will be interesting to see if people take his advice. My hats off to Ramsay for his discipline & results - reminds me of drill sergeant... do it right or get out!

Although I'll at least see the first episode, I think Chef Ramsay deserves better than the treatment his show is getting.

I sure hope FOX don't butcher the awesome series. I'm getting the sense that everything is played up, or fake. The original KN is done like a documentary. FOX probably does it like a reality tv show.
