Somebody should give me tips and training routines, etc. I have had basic acrobatics but if I want to get better in this small town I need to do it on my own. Please someone help!!!!!

I am an rsg gymnast my self, and my coach did have a eating disorder. so she is really good to me, and she is looking after me. it is really nice that my coach is the way she is, but I am still really afraid if I am going to be fat.
don't worry about it. when you get all that training started, you're going to be burning calories like crazy so make sure you keep yourself strong by eating well and not starving like some coaches want you too.
Well what I did was, if you go to ACE Hardware they have wooden sticks and I use it to stretch. I lay on my stomch have the stick in my hands then I have soomeone lift it up and bend me backwards so my head is reaching my butt. However the first time you do that it's not easy so take it slow.
really can you tell me how because i have been stretching a lot lately and i just haven't seen any progress. do you have any "flexibility secrets" that you could tell me haha
You have to push yourself until you feel pain. i do that, and ive become more flexible and stronger in only 3 months. but it does take time, effort and alot of will power.
im 11 and im an artistic gymnast but im really flexible and too tall to get any where w/ artistic gymnastics and im thinkin about startin rythimic. any way to get my back mor flexible????????
Do a lot of backbends and each day gradually bring your legs and arms closer to each other until you can do a backbend without your hand on the ground but your hands are holding your shins.

My friends does RG and she is so flexible! Sometimes it can disturbing but it's all amazing. Im pretty flexible but she is like 20x more flexible! :)
