just finish reading all 7 books. Unbelievable! the best, simply the best damn thing ever written by man. I could not believe it when Roland started to see the dark tower over the horizon, it gave me chills. And the end! holly shit, its amazing. Just cannot understand how King comes up with this, infact i do, in fact he doesn't make it up, he is a medium through which Roland's tale had to be told. So he actually never made up any of it LoL

@SexyArcticFox9 No i dont feel sorry, because her death was one of the great steps stephen king took while completing the greatest saga of all time. If she would have lived it would not have been the same, because king referes to it in his other novels, as Roland is being tormented by it. which adds a great level of phsycological awereness.

But thats just my opinion.

Just so there's no confusion, the above comment is from my brother, Sean (the maker of this video). I'm Eric, and I just wanted to say which book was my favorite in the series.

For me, it was the very first one. "The Gunslinger". I just loved the gritty fantasy/ western feel in this one more than in any of the other books. It's a fast, nicely paced book with an entertaining story.

I dont normally leave comments for videos but this..how could I not. Extremely welldone, you took time and care and you can see that you really do appreciate the epic tale that is the dark tower. On one hand the tale is just that,,a tale. On the other...well it means a hell of a lot to a lot of people and you cannot help but think about worlds turning and moving on and whats behind door number 3. Well done again and if you havent experienced the tale - I strongly suggest you do.

Like a magic eye picture...when you look at the path of the beam and relax your eyes, you seem to notice the clouds, the trees and even the blades of grass all leaning, as if pointing, in the direction of the beam. god, i'm a nerd.

I was reading that there might be a TV production in the works. I for one think that this is a terrible idea. TV would not do it justice. Even a movie would take multiple sequels to finish, and it probably would not translate, they would have to change the ending, and that sucks.

HBO would be the only way to go... like ROME. King spoke at the Comicon this year and said that IF it was ever made, he would put J.J. Abrams (Lost & Heroes) at the helm. I'm not sure it will ever get made, but its more likely now than ever. King trusts the "Lost" crew...Christ and the Man Jesus, I hope they do it!!
